Morning departure with your private guide to Valparaiso located 75 miles (120km) away in the north of Santiago (1 hour and 45 min).

A cultural center in the hemisphere's Pacific Southwest, in this beautiful city we will visit Cerro Alegre, where you can truly appreciate the magic of the city with its picturesque funiculars, multi-colored neighborhoods, and unforgettable sea views. Then, we will visit the Sotomayor Square and the beautiful house/museum of Pablo Neruda: La Sebastiana.

We will continue our trip to the Casablanca valley where we will visit the Matetic vineyard, where we will visit the wineries and enjoy a wine tasting.

Morning transfer to the Santiago airport (30 min).

Flight to Calama, which is a part of the Antofagasta Region (2 hours 5 min). Calama is one of the driest cities in the world with an annual average precipitation of just 5 mm.

Upon your arrival, a pick up and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama is scheduled (1 hour 30 min.). This town is located east of Antofagasta, some 106 km southeast of Calama and the Chuquicamata copper mine, overlooking the Licancabur volcano.

Pick up from your hotel for a Hot Air Balloon flight! Breakfast based on selected local products. Prepare yourself to enjoy a view that few have the opportunity to admire today in San Pedro de Atacama: a magnificence that can be seen from the sky. Enjoy a great scenic show on board the hot air balloon as it permeates the fantastic landscapes of the San Pedro de Atacama region. The Moon Valley, the Death Valley, the Cordillera de la Sal, the Cordillera de los Andes, and the Great Salar de Atacama may be observed at sunrise. Upon landing, enjoy a post flight toast. After this wonderful experience, a two-hour private horseback ride to the Cordillera de la Sal will show you incredible landscapes. Finally, we will rest in the beautiful Puritama Hot Springs.

Honeymoon Special: Cheese and wine during the astronomical tour

Departure in a private vehicle with your English-speaking guide to visit the Atacama Salt Lake. We will then continue along the road with sumptuous views of the Licancabur Volcano and visit the village of Toconao, a little colonial village with picturesque stone houses and the old church of San Lucas; where the tradition of building houses in liparite, a volcano rock, is perpetuated. Continue along the road to the Chaxa laguna.

Visit the Miscanti and Meñiques lagoons, located at 4300 meters (2671 feet) above sea level, in the National Andean Flamingo Reserve where you will have a spectacular view over the high plateaus. Lunch in a typical restaurant along the way. Return to San Pedro de Atacama.

In the evening, for more than 90 minutes, you will be able to discover where we are in the universe with an astronomical tour, where you will learn about its size and the way it all started. We will also understand the cosmic process and the probable future of our civilization and universe. During the tour, you can enjoy a pleasant environment free of light pollution always accompanied by space music, which drives us to a state of cosmic sensations and learning. We also have an high quality telescope to observe the most prominent celestial objects at night (as long as atmospheric conditions allow it). At the end, we will take a night portrait to immortalize the experience. Return to your hotel.

Dinner made of traditional Chilean food and grill at the La Casona restaurant. Its international chef invites you to try tasty à la carte dishes and various menus of typical Chilean food, including pastel de choclo, crab cake, and oven empanadas, accompanied by live music.

Honeymoon Special: Outdoor breakfast next to the Tatio Geysers

Remember to wear warm clothes, it can be extremely cold in the morning!

Early departure (at approx. 5 am) to drive to El Tatio geyser field (1 hour 30 min) where the geysers' steam is only visible in the morning. This is the largest geyser field in the Southern Hemisphere, the highest (14.170 ft - 4320m), and the third largest in the world. This 12-square-mile geothermic field boasts over 60 active geysers, boiling water fountains, fumaroles, hot springs, mud pools and mud volcanoes that put on an impressive show every day of the year (2 hours).

Drive back towards San Pedro de Atacama (1 hour 30 min). After lunch, transfer to the Calama airport (1 hour 20 min).                                                                                                     

Check-in, followed by direct flight to Santiago (2 hour).  Airport pick-up and transfer to your hotel downtown (30 min).

Dinner at Giratorio which, strategically located on a 16th floor, offers a spectacular 360° view of Santiago thanks to its rotational floor. This place specializes in International cuisine, but feel free to add some Chilean touches to their recipes!

Early morning transfer from your hotel to the  Santiago International Airport (25 min).

Flight to Hanga Roa, Easter Island's capital (5 hours). Arrival early in the afternoon at the Mataveri International Airport, followed by a transfer to your hotel (10 min).

Free afternoon to relax and explore the town of Hanga Roa (15 min walking distance).

Overnight at Hotel La Pérouse Rapa Nui.

Departure with your guide and driver for the East coast (6 miles - 10 km) to visit the untouched platforms of Ahu Vaihu and Ahu Akahanga.

Proceed to Rano Raraku volcano, a quarry of 397 stone statue: the largest concentration of statues on Rapa Nui.

Then visit Ahu Tongariki, a platform boasting 15 moai statues that have been recently restored, making it the largest restoration project on the island and probably the most photographed site on Easter Island.

Drive towards the East Coast to visit the ceremonial centre of Ahu Te Pito Kura, also known as the Navel of the World. Final stop at Anakena beach to discover Ahu Nau Nau, the best preserved moai of the island, and Ahu Ature Huke, the first moai to be restored to its platform in 1956. Free time on Anakena beach, perfect for sunbathing or swimming in the quiet waters of the Pacific Ocean.

Drive back to Hanga Roa (30 min).

Dinner at the Taha Tai hotel restaurant. Choose between international and typical Rapanui dishes. The restaurant has a large space and an incredible view of the sea, so you will enjoy each meal in the best possible environment.

Day at leisure.

In the evening, you will visit the Tahai site in the early evening to renew your vows in the form of a symbolic wedding ceremony according to the ancestral Rapa Nui tradition (1 hour 30 min). The ceremony will be led by a Rapa Nui Master, a musician, the authorization to access the site, as well as the rental of traditional Rapa Nui garments for the beautiful couple.
