This traditional Brazilian style of service keeps the food coming until you say stop by turning your table card to red. Sample all types and cuts of meat and side dishes that often include salads, collard greens, fried potatoes and black beans and rice. Be sure to bring your appetite.

The Cagarras Islands Archipelago Natural Monument was created in 2010 with the aim of being a conservation and integral protection unit. Its clean waters are home to a huge variety of fish, crustaceans, molluscs and algae, as well as constant visits from turtles, dolphins and even whales.
