Sail past monumental tidewater glaciers as you weave through a labyrinth of channels and fjords, reaching Cape Horn National Park—the fabled “End of the World”—where, weather permitting, you’ll disembark to stand at the edge of the continent.

Witness the raw power and beauty of glaciers like Pia and Águila, and cruise through the legendary Strait of Magellan, steeped in exploration history. The voyage concludes on Isla Magdalena, home to a lively Magellanic penguin colony that offers an unforgettable wildlife encounter before docking in Punta Arenas, Chile.

After boarding, we will gather on the fifth deck for a welcome toast and to meet the Captain and his crew.

Afterwards, the ship will set sail towards the Southern end. The ship will sail to the far south immediately after. Through the mythical Beagle Channel and the Strait of Magellan, we will travel through Patagonia and the channels of Tierra del Fuego.

Day 2 Cape Horn, Wulaia Bay

We will sail through the Murray Channel and Nassau Bay, arriving at Cape Horn National Park, where we will disembark, if weather conditions permit, to experience the magic of walking through one of the southernmost points of the world, surrounded by charm and legends.

In the afternoon, we will disembark at Wulaia Bay, a historic site of one of the largest settlements of the native Yagans canoeists. Reach a viewpoint, walking through the Magellanic forest, where lengas, coigües, canelos, and ferns grow, among other species.

After breakfast, we will disembark via Zodiac boats for a walk around a lagoon formed by the melting of the Aguila Glacier.

In the afternoon, we will navigate in Zodiac without disembarking from them, to approach the Condor Glacier at a privileged distance. We will learn about the formation of glaciers and their influence on the abrupt geography of the Fuegian channels

Day 5 Magdalena Island, Punta Arenas, arrival

After an overnight cruise through Magdalena Channel and back into the Strait of Magellan, we anchor off Magdalena Island, which lies about halfway between Tierra del Fuego and the Chilean mainland. Crowned by a distinctive lighthouse, the island used to be an essential source of supplies for navigators and explorers and is inhabited by an immense colony of Magellanic penguins.

At the break of dawn, weather permitting, we go ashore and hike a path that leads through thousands of penguins to a small museum lodged inside the vintage 1902 lighthouse. Many other bird species are also found on the island. In September and April -- when the penguins dwell elsewhere -- this excursion is replaced by a ride aboard Zodiacs to Marta Island to observe South American sea lions.

After a short cruise south along the strait, disembarkation at Punta Arenas is scheduled for around 11:30 AM.
