Then,we will head to visit the vineyard where an explanation of the types of soils, planted varieties and climatic characteristics of the Casablanca valley will be provided. Before tasting their organic wines, we will visit the underground cellar, where the biodynamic preparations responsible for the nutrition and protection of the vines are stored.
We will continue our visit to the Casa del Bosque vineyard. We will take a walk through the vineyard located in a privileged area of the Casablanca Valley, tour the cellar and barrel room, where wines age, to learn about the winemaking process. In addition, we will taste a selection of 4 wines.
