Description

Ship: Though this 1979 luxury expedition yacht was renovated in 2017, Evolution boat retains the elegance of the 1920s golden age of travel and has garnered awards from multiple well-respected travel authorities over the last six years, including Travel + Leisure, AFAR and Condé Nast Traveler.

Amenities: You’re invited to bask in the comfort of the vessel’s contemporary-style bars and lounges, enjoy inside and al-fresco dining and relax in the cozy library. For a soothing soak, head to the oversized Jacuzzi next to the sunbathing area on the Beagle Deck or tan on the chaise lounges on the upper deck solarium while enjoying unobstructed views of the archipelago.

Crew: Designed for a maximum of 32 guests, Evolution is staffed by 18 crew members, including a cruise director and three seasoned naturalist guides.

Dining: Local ingredients feature prominently on the menus, down to the coffee beans and honey. Designed by master chefs, guests can expect to gorge on meals like fried yucca and green pepper aioli, prawns in a cognac sauce and grilled octopus with chimichurri.

Another eight-day adventure invites you to tour San Cristobal, South Plaza, Santa Cruz, Santiago, Genovesa, North Seymour, Santa Fe, Floreana and Baltra Islands, while a 15-day journey merges both itineraries.
