Tour Description

1,5 Week Custom Travel – Tailored Trip Through Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Ushuaia

10-Day Argentina Private Tour

This 1,5 week tailor-made Argentina tour blends the cosmopolitan energy of Buenos Aires with the natural wonders of Iguazú Falls and the wild charm of Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world.

Begin in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s vibrant capital and cultural heart. Stroll the historic Plaza de Mayo, explore the bohemian streets of San Telmo, and admire the colorful houses of La Boca. Wander through the elegant avenues of Recoleta, home to the iconic cemetery, and discover the chic boutiques and leafy parks of Palermo. Dine along the modern Puerto Madero waterfront and experience the city’s soul with an intimate tango dinner show. Round out your stay with a day trip to Tigre, where a scenic Paraná Delta cruise reveals the city’s peaceful riverine escape.

Next, venture north to witness one of the world’s greatest natural wonders—Iguazú Falls. On the Argentinian side, follow walkways through lush jungle to the Devil’s Throat, where the roar of water surrounds you. Cross the border to Brazil for sweeping panoramic views of the cascades, a spectacular complement to your experience.

Your journey continues to Ushuaia, the gateway to Tierra del Fuego. Explore Tierra del Fuego National Park, where mountains, forests, and glacial rivers meet the southern seas. Then cruise the legendary Beagle Channel, passing remote islets home to sea lions, cormorants, and penguins on Martillo Island. Optional adventures include 4x4 excursions to hidden lakes or alpine hikes amid pristine Patagonian landscapes.

Private, personalized, and seamlessly planned, this 10-day Argentina journey captures the essence of the country—from tango and city lights to thundering waterfalls and the ends of the earth. Every moment is crafted to fit your style and pace, creating memories as vast and vibrant as Argentina itself.

Add a thrilling jet boat tour to your day.  We advise you to wear a swimsuit and bring changing clothes as you will get to the foot of the waterfalls.

Morning

Transfer to Iguazu National Park (15 min) on the Argentinian side, where 80% of the waterfalls are located.

Begin with the Upper Circuit, a relatively easy and flat walk that offers panoramic views from above several major falls, including the majestic San Martín and Bosetti Falls. This trail gives you a breathtaking overview of the waterfalls and the surrounding jungle canopy.

Next, walk the Lower Circuit, a loop that brings you closer to the base of some of the falls. You’ll feel the mist and power of the water up close, with chances for excellent photo ops and even rainbows. This path involves more stairs and elevation change, so take your time.

Optional: Take a boat ride to the base of the falls if you're looking for an adrenaline boost — expect to get soaked!

Afternoon

After lunch, take the Ecological Jungle Train to the trailhead for the Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat).

Walk the catwalks over the river to reach the massive viewing platform at the edge of the Devil’s Throat, the park’s most powerful and dramatic waterfall. The sound and spray are intense — it’s a highlight of the visit.

Spend time soaking in the incredible views and watching for wildlife like butterflies, toucans, and coatis along the way.

Afterward, make your way back via the train or footpaths, with time to explore gift shops, grab a snack, or simply relax before leaving the park.

Wander through the elaborate mausoleums and be sure to visit the tomb of Evita Perón. Each tomb tells a story, reflecting different artistic and architectural styles that mirror the city’s history.

Just outside the cemetery, visit the Our Lady of Pilar Church, a beautiful colonial-era church from the 18th century that adds a quiet, spiritual touch to the area.

Next, take a walk along Avenida Alvear, known for its stunning architecture, upscale residences, luxury hotels, and art galleries. Enjoy the elegant atmosphere and stop into a gallery or boutique if you’d like.
