South Pantanal - CAIMAN ECOLOGICAL REFUGE

After breakfast, you will have the opportunity to experience a Canadian canoe trip with your experienced guide alongside the bays of the farm. Guests will paddle in three-seater Canadian canoes and observe the nearest vegetation and waterfowl in the tranquil environment of the bay. During this moment, you will have the opportunity to feel as if you are in a peaceful bliss, accompanied by the harmonious sounds of the area, as well as the uplifting and warm colors of the beautiful Pantanal sunset.

After lunch, you will go for a Photographic Safari! A unique tour carried out in specially adapted vehicles, this tour provides access to deeper and remote locations on the farm. During the photographic safari, it is possible to observe the peculiar and stark contrasts of the native vegetation as well as a wide variety of animals.

Free evening and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, you follow your guide for the Caiman Tour: A walking tour around the main headquarters with the objective to introduce to you the terrain and expanse of the eco lodge and refuge.
The final destination of the tour is the Bridge of Paizinho, one of the most traditional places in the Caiman Ecological Refuge where alligators are observed and admired. It is undoubtedly a magical moment when tourists get to have a close and intimate distance to the alligators, with all the security provided by the guides, knowing they are near one of the main symbols of the Pantanal

After lunch, enjoy some free time to rest and enjoy the surroundings of the Pousada.
In the late afternoon, you will embark into the night for a Night Tour. This moment offers the opportunity to observe nocturnal animals and their naturally selected behavior that allows them to flourish in the night. The climax of this tour is when you observe in the darkness the illuminous red eyes of alligators that reflect light.

Free evening and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will depart for the last activity of this exceptional adventure: A Jeep Safari tour that provides visitors with a more intimate contact with the wildlife. An excursion made in 4x4 vehicles with safari-style adjustments, this ride provides guests with an in-depth experience in the Pantanal as you make extremely close contact with animals and journey to remote areas of the renowned wetlands.
