Torres del Paine National Park
This national park located in the extreme southern part of Patagonia is surrounded by the towering mountains of the Andes and sprinkled with beautiful lakes and glaciers.
The name comes from the indigenous word “paine”, which means blue. When you first see the three enormous blue tinged stalactite-like towers dominate the sky, you will understand why.
Hiking through this vast protected region of this area of Patagonia will fill you with wonder and delight, as you marvel and the incredible rock formations and enjoy the enormous variety of plant life, including tundra and other high altitude vegetation, stunning and unusual birds such as black necked swans and Chilean flamingos and noble animals including puma, guemal and guanaco.
The thrill and beauty of nature at your fingertips.
